Problems we repair
We repair gas boilers that have stopped working or are not working properly. Common problems include no heating or hot water, a boiler that keeps cutting out or locking out, radiators that stay cold, leaks, loss of pressure, and banging, whistling or gurgling noises.
Boilers are gas appliances, so repairs should always be left to a Gas Safe registered engineer. Do not take a boiler apart yourself.
What happens on the visit
We find the fault, explain what has failed and give you a clear price for the repair before we start. If a part needs to be ordered, we will tell you. After the repair we check the boiler and flue are working safely.
Repair or replace?
We would rather tell you the truth than sell you a job you do not need. If your boiler is otherwise in good condition, a repair is usually the sensible choice. If it keeps failing or is not worth repairing, we will say so and talk you through boiler replacement.
